Mine are Turn To Stone, Oh Well (part one) and Over You.

Not easy to pick just one, given their respective considerable back catalogues.

Crikeyalmighty · 15/09/2023 23:34

@975zyx that's a brilliant track too

elp30 · 15/09/2023 23:36

I'm a Roxy Music fan so I have many favorites:
"My Only Love", "Out of the Blue", "Amazona", "Ladytron", "In Every Dream Home a Heartache", "Thrill of it All", "Same Old Scene"... there's just so many great songs.

I'm not much of a Fleetwood Mac fan but I always like "Big Love" and "Rhiannon" but I did like "Black Magic Woman" written by Peter Green (and covered by the exceptional Santana) and Bob Welch's songs, "Sentimental Lady" and "Hypnotized".

My sister loved ELO and I grew up listening to them but I'm not a huge fan. I did like "Telephone Line", "Sweet Talkin' Woman" and "Last Train to London".

Catsmere · 15/09/2023 23:50

ELO - so many, they were my favourite group in my teens. Probably pick Telephone Line, it's the one I remember best.
Fleetwood Mac - most of the songs on Rumours.
Didn't take much notice of Roxy Music.

AndrexPuppy · 15/09/2023 23:56

Roxy Music - ‘In every dream home, a heartache’

Fleetwood Mac - ‘Black Magic Woman’

ELO - not really bothered but if I have to have one it’ll be ‘Evil Woman’

If there is something (can’t believe no one has mentioned this!)

I nearly got called Rhiannon as my mum was a big Fleetwood Mac fan. Luckily my dad point blank refused this name

My friend called her daughter Rhinannon after the song. She is completely not Welsh!

Long time ELO fan. Have the Wembley concert on Video. As well as on a thumb drive in the car and it gets played every.single.time I drive anywhere. On loud and on repeat Grin
Twilight, Mama Belle, Showdown, Zanadu, etc...... as Jeff says 'bloody marvellous'

OrlandointheWilderness · 16/09/2023 09:08

I adore fleetwood Mac. DP and I fall asleep to them every night, so they make me immediately feel safe and warm and loved! Landslide is my favourite.
