Apparently the biggest news story of the year is going to break over the weekend

It’s all overTwitter, or X as it’s now called. One of the Sunday papers is working on a massive story and all staff weekend leave has been cancelled. Channel 4 is showing an episode of ‘Dispatches’ tomorrow night at 9pm but haven’t said what it’s about and lots of people are putting two and two together and saying it’s in conjunction with the following days papers.

I wondered if it was Rob Beckett who does Parenting Hell - it seems he’s in the clear which is nice as he seems a nice chap.

That would be interesting. I take it you mean the one that seems to have managed to keep the story about him from escalating like Schofield and Edwards did. I'm more fascinated about how that hasn't blown up than I am in what ever it was that he did.

I will say it a third time....if someone "famous" has done something ILLEGAL then they should be arrested not have a 90 documentary about it.
If some of these who have been mentioned here (by their initials🙄) have been "known" to have done X, and/or behaved inappropriately or whatever so much that a bunch of journalists can talk about it for 90 minutes why has the person not been arrested?

I’d put my money on the comedians though. Would have to be a large amount for a 90 minute programme outside of the news. A lot of them will have links to channel 4!
