NE here too, there was about 10 seconds of intense rain and that was the lot 🙄

We had a thunderstorm with some torrential rain about 3.30 (NE). I was really happy about it, until we noticed the water dripping through the light fittings 😭

It's gone really dark but no rain etc so far. Also East coast of Scotland.

Nothing here in London so I have had to water all fruit and veg again this evening. Water butt is empty so I have been using fresh water for the last 3 days which I hate doing but I don't want to lose my crops.

We had rain but no thunder. Although the temperature has dropped it's more uncomfortable as it's ramped up the humidity. It's like breathing soup now.

I'm in Hartlepool too - been very much an electrical storm until just now when I had rain started! There's a very creepy cloud heading over 😬😂😂
