Lovely, my DD 14 is cooking family dinner every Monday for next 6 months (DofE skill) which is a great help. Highly recommend this, both her brothers did same & all 3 can now cook a decent range of meals.

Your DD is so sweet.
I think the menu is the best bit, she’s obviously taken a lot of time and effort over it.

I’d love it if you reported back in 10 years time to say she was a professional chef!

Well it was delicious. Broccoli was dressed in butter, salt and pepper and done al dente. Pork was melt in the mouth and the dauphinois was creamy and delicious.

Now breaking before dessert. Not sure I have room but who can say no to that?

Lol I can forgive anyone for thinking so but in all honesty she's been begging to do this for months and I kept putting her off. She's done a lot lore helping out in the kitchen lately though and I thought she would probably be ready to pull it off now. And to be fair she's done incredible with only minimal guidance from me. And that guidance was all earlier in the day in the prep. She did the final cooking and plating all herself.
