What do you want from a teashop?

I'm at the very early stages of looking at taking over a teashop in a small seaside town. I would interested in finding out what you like or don't like when you visit or any advice from anyone who has done/is running a teashop now. TIA

I'm still here. The one I wanted was not exactly ideal, but I am still on the lookout!! Thank you all for your suggestions and help. It's definitely helped me.

I'm not a massive fan of filter etc coffee and just want a mug of Nescafé that I can add milk and a spoon of sugar too

I wish that was more common in the Uk. I much muck prefer my own cups of instant 'Nescafé gold brand expresso' coffee to anything I can get in a coffee shop.

Im in Rome atm and these little pastries are perfect for me being diabetic. Wish more cafes in uk would do these or cannolis
