What is in your first aid kit when going abroad?

Going on holiday abroad in a few weeks and need to get a first aid kit together, will be starting the kit from scratch...
We are going with DS2 and husbands neice and nephew who are 5 & 6 (although I'm assuming MIL will take things for them).
What do you have in your first aid kit?

TIA x

This is a bit like one of those packing threads. Team A just take a rucksack with spare pants and team B pack the kitchen sink.
I guess if you take a decent first aid kit you are likely to be team B. That's me.

I'm going to Majorca next week and this is in my case

First Aid Kit - plasters, compeed, savalon, scissors.
Paracetamol
Imodium (loperamide)
Laxatives
Anti histamine
sudocreme
gaviscon tablets
Insect bite cream
Ear drops
Hydrocortesone
On top of this I take 5 different drugs for long term health conditions and DH takes 3. These go in hand luggage.

Of course it's true that you could buy all these but it's convenient to have them and something always gets used (bite cream and anti histamine for sure).
When DC were little we always seemed to end uo needing something from a doctor or pharmacy as well. Ear infections are common from the pool or sea. As are tummy upsets - contrary to popular belief theae are also mostly picked up in pool or sea rather than food.

I've never taken one but do usually take paracetamol and immodium just in case.

I usually take painkillers, antihistamines, plasters and something for insect bites.

Last time I went on a longer holiday but was still travelling with hand luggage so was limited on liquids, I bought suncream and toothpaste once there.
