Are pelotons worth it?

As someone who doesn't have a time or effort to go to the gym, I do have space in my garage to make a mini gym, I'm debating getting a peloton and maybe some weights, but I wondered whether a peloton is worth it?

Thanks all I have paired up my phone to my normal treadmill tonight, and used a peloton walk/run it was brilliant. Defo gonna keep going with the classes

My recommendations are
Try out all the instructors, even for a cool-down and you find the ones you like
Give Hannah C 10 min barre a go and laugh at how much it burns 4 mins in
The stretch classes are really good, there's a 10 min hip one by Hannah C I do all the time

I love mine - have had it for nearly a year now and do something multiple times per week.

I've had mine three years and generally love it. Have never stuck with any other exercise like this. Couple of things to bear in mind:

Exercise does very little to help you lose weight. Do it because exercise is good for you.

Secondly - USE IT. I have been baffled by people I know who have bought one and then let it sit there. It's expensive and takes up space!!!

Do not wait for 'motivation' - it rarely appears. Just do it. Commit to X number of workouts a week and don't skip them. I get on even if I don't feel like it. I've never regretted a workout.
