We need a vegetarian meal today- have been a bit meat heavy lately. DH is vegetarian so I might cook the boursin pasta dish today.

Just browned a pork fillet with lots of sliced onions to make gyros with flatbread and Greek salad .

Something with the reduced venison steaks I impulse bought 🤷‍♀️ probably just fried with new potatoes and greens.

How do you cook them @chunkychunks ? I always worry they'll be too dry.

DS is home for dinner tonight which is rare as he normally works until 7pm and eats at work. Decided to cook something he will like so making home made beef burgers with homemade chips (done in the oven) accompanied by baked beans of course!
