We had quiche, salad and some spicy pasta.

Spicy salmon with noodle and veg stirfry. Shrimp gnocchi sounds good.

Was going to be bangers, double cream mash & baked beans but I’ve just been clearing up vomit & it’s put me off! Might just have toast or something later. Poor DD14 is quite poorly.

Sweet chilli and garlic chicken with peppers, tenderstem broccoli, shredded carrot and spring onions with white rice.

Some cherry yoghurt for pudding.

I bought some reduced pork Escalopes from Waitrose so trying those, jacket potato for DH and reduced potato rosti for DS & I ... the mange tout & broccoli cost the most !

I'm making baked orzo with harissa prawns. It only takes about half an hour and is really tasty.

The shrimp gnocchi went down a storm with my older DS who has serious food issues. He kept exclaiming; 'It's like eating at a French restaurant!'.

I shall peruse the lovely ideas on this thread for tonight's inspiration!

I made 15 minute Florentine Chicken Pasta from my new favourite cook book, What's for Dinner by Sarah Rossi. I've tried 4 recipes now, all easy and v tasty.

Chicken Kiev (or Kyiv), baked potato and asparagus/broccoli/peas/kale. Yum!

Sweet potato and spinach dhal with gram flour pancakes. First time I’ve made the pancakes but the recipe is incredibly quick and simple, so am hoping they turn out well!
