@BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz apologies, my reply sounded a bit snippy, it wasn't meant to. I wonder if you thought it was a new build? It isn't, the bifolds are already there. I'm not a great big fan, to be honest but I am going to have to live with them.

Yep. Worked for us. Comes out onto a flat roof then east for her to jump down onto garden form there. Neighbours that back onto us also have a flap in an upstairs window though not sure which room it is.
