I have a superpower already, I can make it rain. I just have to go outside, preferably to do some gardening.

I often dream I can fly. It's so enjoyable and so convenient that I'm always disappointed when I wake up and can't do it anymore.

You youngsters call it apparition. Those of us old enough to remember the sublime 1970s kids tv show 'The Tomorrow People' know that is a rebrand of the wonderful jaunting belt. I'd love a jaunting belt. And afaik the Tomorrow People didn't have to pass a test. Just buckle up and go.

Me too. I hover and zoom around about three feet off the floor.

As long as I could have full control over the ability, it would be time travel.

This could go either way, super villian could also use these powers to steal, hero could use the birds to pick up litter, to find lost people
