Cath Kidston Sale - Too good to be true?

I came across an advert for CK on Facebook, and clicked the link to find this.

A search on Google led me to the same, eventually, but not by any stretch as the first hit as one might expect of a brand name. Surely it's too good to be true?

That's what I'm afraid might be the case!
As allswell says, I know they're closing (having been bought out, iirc).

According to the Next website The operation of www.cathkidston.com was transferred to Next Retail Limited at 10pm on 11th June and the website is now operated by Next Retail Limited.

I've had a look at the "Cath Kidston" site contact details now. Next isn't going to operate on a customer services email address of this type.

It's such a shame I used to love their outlet shop. But there's so much on ebay and Vinted. I love the pouches, I put all my power banks and cables into them. Have to make do with the Primark bikini bags for £2 in the sales now.

The weird opening times give it away too UK time 2 till 11. Obviously the working hours for whatever country they are operating from! Plus strange wording.

It's a scam site. I always Google any new website that looks too good to be true snd there are warnings on several 'trust' type websites about it. I don't know if you get nothing, a cheap knockoff or what, but do not order from it.

Argh ... wish I'd looked here 1st. I saw the sale signs and bought some things by credit card.
Any suggestions of what I should do next?

This happened to me they took £60 off my credit card I’ve phoned Nat west it’s in pending transactions I’ve blocked my card now it’s a scam I will get money back if they do put the transaction through , Nat west man not very helpful , but you are covered under goods not received once it goes through , he said they may not call for it . BE AWARE Guys

There are lots of fake ads popping up on Facebook at the moment have seen joules cath kidston and others I report them and so should others

Yes, I've just been sent a link to this by a friend, and at first glance the website looks quite legit so I imagine it'll get a few people. Just hoping she hasn't bought anything yet! 😬
