Please help me find this song

Unfortunately I don't know any of the lyrics apart from the chorus which goes Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooooh, helpful I know!
it's a male singer sounds a bit like Bruno Mars but it's not locked out of heaven or when I was your man.
it's quite slow and simple and I think the oohs are the notes CDECB or a similar pattern.
Any ideas please, it's really bugging me.

Thanks everyone. It's not anything suggested so far.
I tried humming into Google and Shazam and they keep saying they didn't quite catch that. So either I'm doing something wrong or my singing is not recognized as music 😂

I heard it in a cafe so it was their playlist rather than the radio.
