Please help me find this song

Unfortunately I don't know any of the lyrics apart from the chorus which goes Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooooh, helpful I know!
it's a male singer sounds a bit like Bruno Mars but it's not locked out of heaven or when I was your man.
it's quite slow and simple and I think the oohs are the notes CDECB or a similar pattern.
Any ideas please, it's really bugging me.

@OohOohOohOohOoooh download the google search app. Press on the microphone icon in the search bar, it gives you an option to search for a song. You can sing it or hum it to your best ability. It will find the song you’re looking for. It has never failed me. Try it now, you will be amazed.

( you might need to download google assistant as well to make it work, but try first downloading just the google app)

Now you've found that one can you find one for me? I heard it about two years ago but can't find it. It was either by genesis or Phil Collins and had lovely lyrics about hugging and holding someone? Vague I know !!!
