What colour are your eyes?

Just out of curiosity

I have green
Dh has blue
Ds has blue
Dd has a blue/green mix

Me - Blue/grey
DH - Green/blue
DS - Green

I have green eyes, as does my husband. Dd1 and 2 are blue and ds1 has green

DS has very clear pale green eyes, definitely not hazel.

Blue with a hint of green
DH has hazel eyes, almost yellow
DS1 same as me
DS2 grey-blue

@Bookish88 how old is he? One of my dc had eyes exactly like that but they are now more like mine. We both have very defined outline & then paler inner bit with some (what I call) yellow in. I think we have that central heterachromia thing.

Velvety dark brown, apparently.

@Bonfire23 ok so I would class that as hazel as it has some brown in but that's just me.

They change under different lights definitely, it's an amber ring which has a name that I forget!

I can’t get a good enough picture for mine but they are definitely green. Even dh says they are.

DS1 - very pale grey
DS2- green
I love the whole genetics lottery thing!

Mine are very similar to bonfires' - but I always have a dark brown patch whatever daily shade they are!

Mine are blue, like a light denim. They suit me as I'm blonde but I would love to have green/hazel eyes.

Mine are grey with a darker grey ring around the outside.

DH's are brown with a blue ring around the outside edge. I've seen that combination in people of Anglo-Indian heritage. He has a swarthy skin colouration (tans at the drop of a hat) but says as far as he knows there is no Asian ancestry in his pedigree.

Mine are a turquoise blue.

My kids have icy blue, or olive green. Their dad has hazel.

He's 5. When he was born, and up until he was around 2.5 they were a really icy blue, but then slowly turned to the colour they are now. Not sure how likely it is that they'll change again?

DS: Bluey green(but he's under 2 so probably not his final colour).

I have 4 siblings and all 5 of us have different colour eyes even though we all have the same parents, I always thought it was funny.

The rarest globally, maybe, but the vast majority of people with green eyes are found in Ireland and Scotland, so it’s unsurprising lots on this thread have them.

I have green eyes, as does one of my kids. DH has brown, other kid has blue.
