What do you do on a Friday night?

As per the title. If you have finished work for the week, how do you spend your Friday night?

Takeaway and tv, usually.

DS has pizza and garlic bread, I have some sort of seafood (which he dislikes), a glass of wine, feet up and idleness. Before Saturday which is normally completely manic here. 🙂

Go to the pool. 45min swim then sauna. Home by 9 then pizza and Netflix.

Takeaway ( I never cook on Fridays)
In bed about 6:30 - 7pm as usual.

Unless … any one needs picking up late.

@Theoldwoman if you go to bed at 6.30pm what time do you eat a take away?

Racket sport usually or meal out/quiz if there’s something fun happening.

This sounds like bliss.

My husband goes to the pub with his brother and our daughters and I take the dogs for a walk and go for food. Sometimes fish and chips by the sea, sometimes stop at a pub restaurant.
If we can't be bothered we'll get a Chinese at home and watch a movie.

Pop to local pub with a quick table game, have a couple of end of week family drinks, homemade pizza, movie, usually Saturday mornings are early rises for sporting stuff.

Sometimes it's music on at home.

Sometimes it's travelling to visit friends.

Takeaway..tv..DH has a few beers (I can't really drink now as long covid has done a real number on me 🙄)..might listen to some music.
DS 14 joins us for the takeaway but disappears after. ..x box YouTube talking to mates etc)

Dinner, then get ready and out to the local for a couple of scoops. Theatre last weekend and a gig next weekend - I need a social reward after a week of work!

Unusually I am going out tonight - pizza & live music on the beach.

Tonight I have the house to myself as DH away and DS is out.

I have a family size bag of crisps and the rest of a box set to watch.

If we're not going out, either a takeaway or pie and chips (Morrison's pies FTW) and vegging in front of the TV. Bliss. I refuse to cook on Fridays.

No set routine. Sometimes take the dog for a walk or throw relentless balls 🙄

This time of year, I potter in the garden. Prick out tomato side shoots, pick runner beans, check for cucumbers etc.

Generally eat dinner and watch TV, occasionally get a home delivery.

No different from any other night here (cook, have dinner, watch a film or series) except that we might have a few drinks. Sometimes dh and I stop for a beer at the local pub on the way home (we travel home from work together).

Usually around 5pm ( My DC has an ED so need to get dinner in early so can fit supper in after before bed)

No different to any other evening really .. dinner, glass or two of wine at least three maybe watch a bit of tv, read a book. We have just discussed the possibility of going out for a drink tonight to a riverside pub .. but if I am honest I am just as happy at home on my own sofa preferably alone. I actually like it if DH goes out and then I have the house to myself .

Booze, takeaway and a movie.

Go to bed early as I'm at work at 8am tomorrow 😭

Absolutely sod all. Very boring.

Usually a takeaway on a Friday in our house and a couple of glasses of wine.
I like to go for a run, get showered and put my PJ's on and then settle down to watch a film with the kids. I like to go to bed reasonably early and get up early Saturday morning for a sea swim.
Saturday night is my 'going out' night.

Eetumg some friends for after works drinks
Then go for a meal with my husband then we will catch up with other friends for drinks afterwards

Go for a swim with DP, couple of drinks in pub afterwards. Home for curry, film & bed.

Don't think I've had a 'going out' night since I was a student over 40 years ago .. I lead a very quiet life
