Not slating Bianca at all

Because she looks absolutely amazing. But how the fuck is her stomach like that with such a tiny baby? How olds her baby there, like 8 weeks or something ? Not very old that's for sure.
So what magic is this !! It makes me feel so lazy and inadequate, I'm not lazy at all but fucking hell my stomach still didn't look like that 5 years after having my first let alone now after having a 10 month old !!
Just sick of seeing these celebs back to basically pre pregnancy bodies in a matter of months, what am I doing wrong ?

@ifyougochasingrabbits No he isn't like that, but alot of men are aren't they and that's scary for women, girls growing up.

How does NOT breastfeeding help? Surely that is a minus not plus

Exactly.

LizzieSiddal · 04/08/2023 21:44

She also had horrendous pre-natal depression.

Probably not helped by trying to look like she didn’t have a baby 8 weeks ago.

MistyMorningMelons · 04/08/2023 21:45

I don't think it's largely genetics tbh.

Right now I'm a bit overweight and my fat is not sitting on top of bed of good muscle...

If I got pregnant and over-ate, I don't reckon I'd look my best self after birth.

Bianca was slim and fit before baby, presumably kept up with training while pregnant, and has continued post birth. I don't know much about her, but presumably she makes her money through tv/magazines/social media. If my looks were my source of income, I might be more motivated to nurture them.

I think shaming someone for looking good after birth is as bad as shaming them for looking like shit. Has she said anything irresponsible about how she's stayed in shape?

justmyluck1234 · 04/08/2023 21:49

She's gorgeous... I certainly don't look like that after having two babies... however I didn't look like that before hand either lol

As others has said she probably kept up with exercise thought out her pregnancy and after. Or she may genuinely have good genetics .

Not that I'm aware of no. I didn't shame her though, I said she looks amazing if you read my op. But it is hard on us normal people who don't have personal trainers and loads of money to spend on them, to see every single post partum celeb looking like they haven't even had a baby !!

I am pregnant again also, so possibly a lot of this is coming from worry about how I'll look after.

Multiple things at play-

Youth
Excellent diet and regular exercise before and throughout pregnancy, absolutely no over-eating
Not breastfeeding
Immediate post-partum diet like low carb and intermittent fasting
Exercising twice a day (stuff like yoga, swimming, running, weights)

Also photoshop.

Breastfeeding helped me lose weight. I lots my belly very rapidly

Emmamoo89 · 04/08/2023 21:58

Your uterus shrinks more quickly

Breastfeeding accelerates the womb shrinking back, and burns a lot of calories, but the hormones can prevent losing the last bit of fat for such a lean look as the lady in the OP.

I’m not advocating not breastfeeding (I’ve been doing it non-stop for 4 years now, two babies), obviously vanity shouldn’t trump the myriad of physiological and psychological benefits to mother and baby. But I can’t help but notice in pretty much all glamorous PP shots the women don’t breastfeed (easily noticeable with bikini photos).

BinkyBeaufort · 04/08/2023 22:23

It's just luck. You can't do any about it so don't fret. If she wasn't just lucky you wouldn't be seeing pictures.

Yellowdays · 04/08/2023 22:26

It's genes. My tall friend looked exactly the same after we both gave birth in the same month.

PuffyShirt · 04/08/2023 22:50

No idea who this woman is, but she looks great. I was really thin post pregnancy. Not sure I would’ve looked good in a bikini though.

Wonderingstar1 · 04/08/2023 22:54

Photoshop, airbrush…

CurlewKate · 04/08/2023 23:02

Photoshop, airbrush, filters.......

I don't know why people keep saying this. "Luck", "genes"...

If you don't look like Bianca looked pre-baby, it's almost guaranteed that you won't look like her post birth, isn't it?

The reality is, I imagine she puts a lot of effort into her looks and fitness. I'm not saying it's something to aspire to, cos I certainly don't, but I'm not flabby through bad luck. I'm flabby through over eating and laziness.

Bellabluea · 04/08/2023 23:15

I looked like this after having my first child but I was a teenager. Similarly with my second.
was a very different matter after having dc in my 30’s!

Bellabluea · 04/08/2023 23:16

Oh and the height thing helped with me. I’m 6 foot.

xyz111 · 04/08/2023 23:25

Follow Gemma Atkinson. Hugely fit before and during pregnancy. She is very honest about her post pregnancy body.

Pontiouspilate · 04/08/2023 23:29

No idea who she is and I don’t care what she looks like

It is disheartening, and does make me worry that men, well my dh, might see these women and then think I'm just fat and that this is what all women should be like after giving birth

honestly that’s either a you - or a your husband - issue. Work out which it is and either work on your own confidence or ditch the arsehole

nalabae · 05/08/2023 02:49

She's had a lot of work done, including lipo several times used to work with her. Lovely girl just full of filler

PuffyShirt · 05/08/2023 03:07

Who is she? I am assuming someone from
love island (although if she’s pushing 40, she’s a bit old 😂)

wayyour · 05/08/2023 03:35

BoohooWoohoo · 04/08/2023 18:23

If this is social media then there's a high probability of photoshop and filters

Definitely. She's not young at late 30s

Never heard of her though

Somewhereovertherainbowweighapie · 05/08/2023 03:44

She looks amazing. Just remember it’s a photo, and probably not real. Google how it’s done, there are lots of ways with photoshop, lighting, angle, make up. She is just another person online using your insecurities to sell you something.
