Do you have a tv in your bedroom ?

We do but it is tiny and not a smart tv so I only turn it on for sound / company if I am cleaning In there

but I was thinking of getting a better tv to encourage me to actually go to bed a bit earlier (I would turn it off at a sensible hour🤣)

so I would shower and chill out rather than back up to the main room ?? Maybe nowadays the thing is to use you or phone

I have a pc, which is pretty much exclusively used to watch stuff. Sleep hygiene is the wankiest phrase I have ever heard Hmm

I have had a tv in my bedroom since age 11! I am now 59.

I don’t because of sleep hygiene. I also only go on my phone in bed once I’m awake in the morning.

I find I doze off to tv quite easily. It does not affect my sleep at all. Though often I puts a radio station on after 8pm.

I've been married for over 40 years and have never had a tv in the bedroom. I like to go to bed to sleep (occasionally for sex)

I once got into a habit the could only get to sleep with the radio on. I weaned myself off it and had to teach myself how to sleep without anything lulling me! It freaked me out that I'd become dependent on something to help me sleep, like I'd regressed to toddlerhood!
