Actually I think it's probably more that it's not that newsworthy. DW isn't widely known amongst the average Brit unless you're a long time reader of the Sun celebrity columns or watch GB News.
I don't think he's famous enough to warrant it and, even if he was, the proof might not be enough to persuade the lawyers to sign it off.
