British actor

I'm really hoping someone can put me out of misery figuring out who the actor is I'm thinking of, as it is truly taking over my life!
He is a British actor, usually plays middle/upper class. I think he must have been at least 50s in the 90s (massive apologies to him if I'm miles out!), silver hair and moustache. I remember him playing slimy characters but I can't honestly bring one to mind.
I've google imaged for days but can't find him as I'm not too sure on search terms. Please can anyone help?

Anthony Head was always my crush, cant beleive he is in his late 60s now, I am 58 however so to me when I watched him he was an older silver fox, he was in a soap, cant remember what it was called but also in Buffy, and a very English actor.

He was in the Kenco (or nescafe?) adverts - which were sort of a soap...

We know who it is! But OMG at some of the replies - Jason Issacs was not 50 in the 90's - he's only 6 years older then me - and like him, the 90's are a total wipe out for me thanks to being 20 something and of my tits most of the time.

I had quite a broad taste as also liked John Thaw and Trevor Eve. I think it was the role they played rather than who they were in real life (not that I met any of them :) )

I absolutely adored Paul Michael Glazier! Spent many a time staring at my Starsky and Hutch posters have Silver Lady on my playlist John Thaw not so much, but definitely yes to Trevor Eve, particularly in Waking the Dead Smile

Michael Cochrane? He’s been in loads of things, usually in slightly background roles. He’s often a middle class/upper crust villain!
