Why have you done today?

Today so far I have

Blitzed the living room inc moving furniture and giving it a thoroughly good clean.
Stripped and washed all the bedding and towels
Hung out laundry
Hoovered the whole house
Ventured into the shared teens bedroom and tidied and cleaned it
Picked up the dog poo
Mopped floors
Took DS to a football match this morning

I am shattered, I've still the beds to make and bathroom to clean, oh and dinner and packed lunches to do!!

4 loads of washing all hung out dried and now put away.
Coloured my hair.
Cleaned the bathroom and bedroom .
General tidy up.
Mini shop.
Been for a couple of drinks.
Now cooking Sunday lunch.

Stipped boh beds, put fresh bedding on.
Done 3 lots of washing, hung it out
Cleaned the bathroom
Hoovered 2 bedrooms
Swept down the stairs
Hooved and mopped through downstairs rooms
Packed suitcase ready for a holiday

I'm not cooking, either DH can do it or we'll get a takeaway tonight.

I'm debating not cooking dinner too. I'm too hot and tired. DH is working so I can't expect him to do it either!

Walked the dog to the local pub to collect my car

Dropped uniform to my boys dads ready for tomorrow.

Shopping

Making a roast chicken dinner whilst sat on the sofa.

I will go on the treadmill later on tonight

I remember when Sunday used to be a day of rest. My memories as a child on a Sunday were Mum would cook a roast and dad would do some diy but I remember them being relaxing days.

Seems like lots of us have been really busy today!

An hour's gundog training first thing with an instructor.
Breakfast and shower.
Picked chicken from last night and made stock with the carcase.
Lunch.
Chatted to a friend for an hour on the 'phone.
Walked two dogs for over an hour.
Vegging in front of Wimbledon for a few minutes before starting the next tranche of stuff.

Took delivery of my online shop, put everything away and set up for lunch tomorrow

Climbed up and down stairs and ladders to put up a shelf, a magnet board and six pictures, two more and a mirror to go before I start cleaning up

On my third load of laundry, one more to do before I start ironing

Hope to start mending and altering clothes before getting ready for a 0430 start for work tomorrow

Cleaned the kitchen
Cleared out the dreaded 'junk draw'
Wiped down the patio doors inside and out
Hoovered the stairs (2 sets, townhouse)
Hoovered the living room
Put the mountain of clean washing away
Done the recycling
Cleaned the main bathroom
Bathed youngest sprog
Cleaned Guinea pig and fed him

Still got tea to make for when DP is home and do his dinner for tomorrow

Then get uniforms sorted and my clothes ready for work tomorrow

Not much really, I've been quite lazy.
I walked the dog this morning, came home and had a shower, set my hair in curlers then lazed around watching Netflix and browsing online.

Got a load of washing out on the line
Took DD to swimming lessons and I did lengths at the same time.
Garden centre to pick up some plants for the front garden then home to plant them.
Stopped at Sainsburys for a few bits and found a new rug for the hallway.
Tackled some more of the brambles in the back garden and scratched the crap out of my legs.
Cleared all the stuff out of the hallway, gave everywhere a good dust, hoover and sort out then put down the new rug.
Now having a bit of a sit down and listening to 9yr old DD and the 2 friends she has round screeching in her room and wondering if I can sneak out for a coffee and leave DH with the shrill girls.

Gym, got rid of a bunch of stuff at local recycling centre, work for a 9 hour shift, after work it will be a quick shop at Aldi, petrol station. Home to tidy up.

Slept until 1230 😳, one load of washing, made lunch and tidied up after, messaged a few friends and browsed on here. Going to help DD with a craft project shortly.

I'm recovering from major surgery and was out all day yesterday so I think I'm allowed a lazy one.

Went shopping.
Blitzed the kitchen.
3 loads of laundry.
Cleaned the fridge.
Put away laundry.
Bathed & brushed 3 cats.
Now I'm chilling in the garden before cooking dinner. :)

Fed DD x3
Visited my mum
Long walk on the park
Quite a nice Sunday so far really!

Ligged about on the sofa, done a bit of sewing. I've also eaten a sandwich and had some tea. That's it.

Think I need a nap.

Went to the cinema, popped to the supermarket and now watching the F1.

Emptied dishwasher and tidied kitchen after having friends over yesterday evening.
Made a batch of strawberry jam.
Weeded the front garden (and discovered an underground wasp nest - who knew?).
Currently vegging with Mumsnet in front of Wimbledon for a hour before packing a picnic for an outdoor theatre performance this evening.

We're having a good ,productive day-

Changed and remade our bed
Washed said bedding and x4 other loads
Dropped dd to her friends then picked her up and dropped them to station as their at a concert
Dead headed a load of flowers in the garden
Sat in garden for lunch with dh
Folded and put away washing
Emptied dishwasher and refilled x2
Deep cleaned coffee machine
Mumsnet scroll
Dh and I are out for a posh dinner tonight and might have a cheeky sex session before we go

On load 3 of washing
Hoovered
Did the weekly food shop
DH is chopping a tree down out in the front garden
I've just bathed our stinky but gorgeous foster dog
Now eating my way through some chilli crisps before summoning enough energy to change all the beds.

Worked until 12.30
Quick trip to Asda
Lunch and episode 1 of Traitors Australia
Quick trip to the park with DD
Now episode 2 of Aussie Traitors.

I worked an 11 hour shift yesterday so still feeling it as had a busy work morning today as well. Will cook dinner but not planning much else.

Been lazy, catching up with tv. I missed a few programs, when I was working 3 nights.

4 loads of washing, stripped beds, made focaccia, tidied kitchen, dropped ds off at park for a play with his friends and then collected him again. Need to put clean bedding on after dinner. Went to the pet shop to pick up some things. Nice pottering day at home 🥰

Did the housework yesterday. Today, I’ve walked the dogs in the woods and bumped into people we used to see there regularly (we couldn’t take our dog aggressive dog there, it was too risky, fortunately current dog is very friendly). Went shopping, then watched a film.

Did some washing, then went to a nearby town as DD needed to get a book from Waterstones for her friend's birthday and then had lunch by the river.

Have then sorted out the greenhouse as it was over run with ants and needed a good tidy up anyway. (Not that there is actually anything of note growing in there)

Went to the Egyptian museum
Had a nice lunch
Went to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilisation
Now back at the hotel resting
