Currently on a waiting list but have no idea on the price and it just states that it varies. Just wanted an idea of what people pay?

About £40-45 a term
plus extras for trips, prob about £20 a term.

our local brownies are amazing and I’d happily pay triple, given the opportunities they’ve provided.

We paid £30 a term when Dd1 joined Brownies in 2002 and still pay £30 a term for DD3 to do Rangers.
No increase in 21 years!

DanceMonster · 01/07/2023 22:06

£12.50 a month for brownies. It covers badges/craft materials etc.

SylvanianFrenemies · 01/07/2023 22:07

£1.50 a week for both guides and brownies, plus annual membership of about £40.

SockQueen · 01/07/2023 22:07

I'm a Brownie Leader and we've charged £35/term for quite some time now. We're probably going to have to put it up soon, because our hall fees have increased, as has the annual "census" fee we have to pay Girlguiding UK.

I pay £10/month for DS1's Beavers.

Gymmum82 · 01/07/2023 22:08

£35 a term in NW. Plus extras for trips. But usually only an extra £10 infrequently
