Ive visited my elderly father. I need a lie down now 😂

Shower, washed and deep conditioned hair

2 loads of laundry
Attempted to fix the dripping toilet then called a plumber
Hoovered
Painted my nails

Hmmm. I have emptied the dishwasher and done a bit of paid work. Left DS and Dh to get their own breakfasts. Not going to do much today. That's how I woman!

Balance my plate on my tits.

Three loads of washing.
Over saw the girl-child doing her homework.
Moved a bunch of stuff from one side of a room to the other side.
Various light tidying while DH made breakfast and lunch.

Done 3 loads of washing and hung it out.

Been to supermarket.

Been to pharmacy.

Made cakes.

Made spaghetti bolganaise for the freezer!

Made lunch.

Washed up.

I was and am having a lazy day. It's amazing how much you still do when your chilling. Maybe I should write down what I do when I'm busy - i may scare myself!

It doesn't matter what I do, or don't do, I am still woman because biology.

Had coffee in the garden this morning whilst a wash was on and now chilling half-reading/half going on my phone with a glass of wine in the garden in the shade 👌🏼

Made brunch
Did dishes

opened the patio doors and windows opposite to create through draft

will probably facilitate some roller skating for an hour later on (new to roller skating, she likes having company/me to hold onto)

will make dinner later (just pop Kiev's into the oven, assemble salad) & do dishes.

that's ALL I intend to do today other than flop about looking for shade/breeze.

But if anyone wants to come around to Hoover, mop, clean bathrooms to prove how much better they are at 'womaning' do feel free!

Chilled out and then took the kids to a local attraction.
Left the cleaning for DH to get on with.

Pharmacy medicine pick up
Made lunch for the family
Now timewasting on social media for a healthy balanced lifestyle🙃
Later will be doing more dishwasher and vacuuming (I like to do it towards the end of the day if not expecting guests so I wake up to a clean home in the morning and I don't like going to bed with mess and crumbs) then end the night with shower and skin routine. I really want to read a book I got 2 weeks ago but social media is so distracting.........

Um, I feel I'm letting the side down.

I've done about two hours work online.
I'm still in my jammies.

About to go back doing work.
It's just too hot (31 here) to do anything more energetic.

I feel like a terrible person compared to what everyone else has done!
Fed the cat.
Drank coffee and took a paracetamol.
Walked down to get my car from where I’d parked if after a night out yesterday.
Nearly got signed up for a pétanque tournament.
It is 31 degrees here and I already have a headache, I don’t think I’ll be doing much else today tbh.

Recovered from my hangover
Made milkshakes
Played a game with DH and friends.

I have decided not to woman. DS just asked me if I could get some groceries if I went out, and I said "Nope not going out. It's 30 degrees." He has legs.

Swept and mopped the kitchen door
And that's I'll I'm doing Today. Chilling for the rest.

Booked one week's summer holiday club for DCs
Blown up and filled paddling pool

Eaten crisps and drink a can of beer on the sofa

Made 4yo a house with doorway that he can walk into with an arch doorway. (Made of out plastic stick and connectors so took a while).

Went to give DH a hand at his weekend self employed job because he is under pressure. Used a guillotine and cut a bag of building stone on my own - have never done this before.

Brought 2 DC home, quick showers and dropped DS1 to a party.

Came home and dried and straightened my hair (I had given up doing this in the last few weeks with the heat).

Made homemade cream apple turnovers because I found out this week that DH has never had one before.

Don't intend to move from the couch for the rest of today.

Paid my kids to tidy the whole barn. Including pressure washing sheep shit off the floors. I love them.

I did empty a lorry load of hay and pick up bakery goods for breakfast.

Has a nap.

Gone swimming and none of the kids wanted to come.

Went for a coffee
Did a supermarket shop
Visited my elderly dad and took him his shopping
Dug up potatoes for lunch
Picked up prescriptions
Made two marmalade cakes
Put together dinner for DH to complete.
Cleaned the downstairs loo.

Now resting as not feeling too good today after yesterday.

Read in the garden for two hours while DH did the laundry and then the weeding.
