Anyone watching? I thought I’d make a thread we can drop in and out of to chat about what’s on.

Texas are playing right now. What an absolute bloody delight to see Sharleen Spiteri, looking exactly like herself at 55, giving it all. Her voice is still amazing. Rock on!

I’m a big Foos fan and gutted to be missing out this year. I thought this was a nice story about how they travelled there!

Just finished young fathers set. We saw them in Glasgow o2 academy earlier this year and it was one big hypnotic performance. Both terrifying and fantastic and just amazing music. Really incredibly band.

Yes Young Fathers supported Depeche Mode at Twickenham last Saturday and they were fantastic, I think today's performance is going to really launch them.

Texas were outstanding, so were the Courteeners, the lightening seeds and the Foo Fighters. waiting patiently for the Arctic Monkeys. Seeing them on Sunday too!!

My slight problem with Alex Turner is he has a Bowie lilt to his vocal deliverance these days.. the single before last was almost a carbon copy.

Fair play for tonight tho, you can tell his voice is pretty buggered, hope he makes it through the set.

I've always liked Arctic Monkeys music, but I just can't warm to Alex Turner, not sure why though.

Has anyone seen them live? Is he chatty with the audience?

What the af has happened to the Arctic monkeys? He used to sound like an oasis wannabe, now he's singing like a club singer. Feels like a pisstake? Is this how he always sings now.

Saw them in Lisbon in about 2007 and they didn’t interact with the audience at all, no chat, no show but the music was fabulous. My favourite gig of all time.

I've seen them, and I feel the same way about him. He seems to have a HUGE opinion of himself, surely an act but it does make me struggle to really enjoy watching them.

He looks like he's in fancy dress as Kirk from 'Dear John'. I know some on this thread are old enough to remember that!
