Iceberg lettuce. Love it.
Got a bad rep for being boring. I know it’s less nutritious than other lettuces but it’s so crisp and refreshing!

What’s your underrated food?

Also big yes to sandwiches. I go through phases with them and am always pleasantly surprised when I have one.

Big fan of iceberg too because it stays fresh longer and I just stick any limp leaves in a bowl of water and they go lovely and juicy and crispy again. So nothing gets wasted.

I do chuck the top leaves though but that's just habit I guess
