I am in hell with hayfever

I assume it's hayfever but it could be that combined with a summer cold. It feels hellish...I can hardly see with streaming sore eyes, sinuses are clogged and painful, ears hurt, headache, cheekbones hurt, sore throat and so so tired.
It's miserable. It's a beautiful evening and I am shut away in my bedroom. I want to be outside enjoying it.
I get hayfever every year but this is abnormally severe. I was like this around four weeks ago for two weeks, thinking it was a bad cold at the time, which makes me wonder if it's a cold on top of hayfever again?
What on earth can I do to ease it? I am taking fexofenadine daily and ibuprofen. Not sure what else I can do.
Help please

I have a decade of local honey eating [the beekeeper lived 4 doors down and the bees were constantly swarming in my garden] that hasn't worked.

@AlisonDonut - thanks for your honesty. I suspected as much, but I see “local honey” touted as a cure so often I wondered if there was actually some evidence linked to it.

I tried a nasal spray for the first time thanks to this thread and it made a massive difference. I was really surprised as wasn’t expecting it to do much but the combo of antihistamine plus the nasal spray is now working for me and I’m not wanting to claw my eyes out.

This year is definitely the worst for me for a long time. I always used to get it during exam season but a week of antihistamines was enough to knock it on the head. I’ve never had a year where the tablets alone didn’t cut it.
