When to expect wedding invite?

If you received a ‘Save The Date’ last year for an October 2023 wedding. When would you be expecting then invite to arrive?

I never had a wedding with guests so have no idea what the norm is for timelines here!

Oct wedding I'd expect it mid to end of August

Oh sorry 😅 invitation 😳 that annoyed more people than expected! Haha.

Thanks all, just wasn’t sure if there was an actual timeline to it all.

Save the date was an email one so the invitation may well be the same 👍🏻

Wedding is about a 3 hour drive from us so not far but the venue is relatively remote and has no accommodation on site. Nearest hotels are around 25/30 min drive away which is fine. Save The Date was just worded as “we hope you guys will be able to come and celebrate with us!” so I’m unsure as to wether it’s just us as a couple or our toddler is invited too 😊 Either is fine of course but just changes what we do for accommodation etc so trying to plan 😊

Just message one of them and ask and tell them its so you can book your hotel. I am sure they will understand.
