I dont really watch TM anymore so hadnt realised he wasnt on the show now!. So....is he saying there is a bullying culture with the TM managment Does he have an issue with Schofield aswell???

I'm not really sure what exactly his accusations/statements/posts are really about. He's been very vague. I wish him well though, seems like a nice enough fella

He was on This Morning quite often giving medical advice. He’s wonderful! Goodness knows what he saw/heard behind the scenes.

We just actually said this here ourselves. It reminds me of the News of the World when it folded after all the scandals and then basically came back as The Sun on Sundays. I can't imagine the sponsors are happy and I can't see how anyone will want to be associated with the whole TM brand from now on.

Mainly because I've been intrigued about ITV for years. It seems so incestuous and weird. Expecting some kind of scandal to emerge now

Sounds like the toxic culture was bigger than Phil schofield. But as pp says its all alluded to rather than direct.

TBF here I would expect anyone who works in live TV to have a good enough knowledge of libel and defamation laws not to get themselves up shit creek with out hard evidence.

It's also widely understood that Schofield has lawyered up heavily.

Even the newspapers are treading very carefully too (at least at this stage).

They may be in a position where saying something could make the situation worse not better.

My dc used to like him, always showed a faint lack of taste I thought.
His stance on women confirmed this.

I don’t watch day time tv at all but even I understand that this is newsworthy. I mean you couldn’t make it up could you? Jimmy Saville, Rolf Harris and now (allegedly as to be strictly fair we don’t know the full facts yet) Philip Schofield … all former stars of children’s tv hiding in plain sight …
