Is 10am too early to mow a lawn at the weekend?

I'm pushed for time and need to get this done otherwise it will have to be left for several weeks as I'll be away. On the other hand, I don't want to disturb my hard-working neighbours at the weekend. What do you think?

Anything after 9 is fine and I say this as the laziest person on earth who loves to lie in and lounge about as much as possible but people have to live their lives.

I used to be very considerate, no mowing before 11am or after 5pm, never on a Sunday but i ve since realised the 99.9% will do what they want, when they want & don't give a fuck about anyone else.

I think 10am is fine, I was a bit pissed off when our neighbours (who are lucky enough to be retired and who spend most of the week in the garden enjoying it) decided to mow at soon after 8:30 last Sunday morning.

If you're going away, why do you need to do it this weekend? Just wait until You're back. It's No Mow May. The wildlife will thank you!

I think 9 am is fine everywhere. However, we and our neighbours are all early risers so wouldn't mind anyone mowing earlier. If its the weekend they've probably got up and gone off for the day well before 8 anyway.

10.30pm is not ok for my neighbour's yappy dog!

We've now got the constant drone of a power washer. We're still in a hosepipe ban because our reservoirs haven't filled up over the winter, but of course some selfish twat thinks they know better.
