She does look different and her face has changed. If you look at photos from Wimbledon last year you can see that.

But there could be any number of reasons why and to speculate is unfair.

Would anyone actually look up to her particularly? She's not really a role model. I wouldn't think she really has the responsibility to be a role model as such.

This speculation is awful given she looks somewhat unwell and when you think they re divesting themselves of their business, maybe there's more going on behind the scenes that we need not know anything about!!

Why is she obliged to be a good example to women her age and younger women?

I actually thought it looked like she might either have, or be recovering from, an eye infection. Must be a royal pain (pardon the pun) to have to doll up when you don't feel up to it. She looked very good.

I'm in my 40's and my face has become puffy in recent years and my eyes look smaller but I've had zero filler. I think it's extremely common in women's faces as they mature!

I agree that it looks like she's overdone the fillers. As someone who has the money and regularly photographed, I understand why she'd feel the pressure to have it done. I doubt that there's anybody outside her family who looks up to her as a role model. She doesn't have to behave for this audience that doesn't exist. I'd imagine that there will be a lot of pressure to keep up with people in that kind of circle too.

Posting threads like this just encourages more people to get procedures done because they assume that other women judge their looks as brutally too.

I am very anti-monarchy but actually very pro-cosmetic ‘tweakments’ (in fact, go all in! Have a face lift!) so I don’t give a crap what mrs Middleton might put in her face but I have to ask, why the hell would anyone think her a role model?

Having been on the receiving end of her sharp tongue in real life, I'm not a fan of Carole, but even I have to say this thread is just horrible.
