Her face looks very puffy and she's as slim as ever. I really hope not, she is such a beautiful woman

I think anyone who posts a thread speculating over a woman's "puffy face"...actually anyone else's appearance should have to post a pic of themselves.

Agree! Come on OP! 😀

PipinwasAuntieMabelsdog · 06/05/2023 12:39

I'd give you all nightmares...judging by the S&B threads anyway! Grin

Kind of ironic that you're worried about the example it's setting but start a thread which always goes the same way - bashing womens appearances that have had cosmetic surgery.

Also it's her life she shouldn't have to alter what she does because some choose to see her as a role model. Imagine if a random person chose you as a role model and suddenly you have to alter how you live your life.

As someone who is very anti the anti-aging industry, and who would get anything put in my face, I think this is a very mean thread. It's this scrutiny over women's faces that drives them to have procedures done in the first place!

My thoughts. She is a human just like the rest of us, bringing other women down is a vile practice IMHO.
How is it our business either?

Paq · 06/05/2023 13:14

it’s a bad example to women her age and younger who may look up to her.

Lol. What's special about her that means that anyone "looks up to her"? I'm sure she's a perfectly pleasant woman but she's pretty low down on the role model scale...

polkadotdalmation · 06/05/2023 13:26

I think you need a before and after to really judge.

Either way, fillers done well look good.

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 06/05/2023 13:28

Sailingaround · 06/05/2023 12:16

Yes it does matter. If she has had it done, it’s a bad example to women her age and younger who may look up to her.

Why does she owe anyone this?

Dartmoorcheffy · 06/05/2023 13:31

I think it looks like she's either been crying or had an allergic reaction.

LadyKenya · 06/05/2023 13:33

Why would people be looking up to her? For what purpose? Maybe people should stop picking people's looks apart. It all feeds into why some people feel the need to go down the cosmetic procedure routes in the first place.

BlockStreet · 06/05/2023 13:36

She isn't and wasn't good looking anyway. Plus, that is disgusting cosmetic work. What's the point in trying to stay young when you walk like a 90 year old?!

BigMandsTattooPortfolio · 06/05/2023 13:37

I didn’t notice Carol but wow, Lionel Ritchie has had some heavy duty work done.

BigMandsTattooPortfolio · 06/05/2023 13:38

Why are we more critical of women?

Are you saying the same when there are posts going on about how beautiful such, and such is? It is all part of the poisonous circle. You also don't seem to mind being critical about a man though.

lookingforadvice21 · 06/05/2023 13:41

"Oh what ashame"

Piss off, she looks great and a lot better than Brenda with her pack of biscuits making the comment.

Screams of jealousy.

BigMandsTattooPortfolio · 06/05/2023 13:42

I think Carol looked great.

User1432423532 · 06/05/2023 13:42

Based on real life, virtually all women above a certain age who can easily afford cosmetic procedures AND attend many social occasions, have had something done. Doesn't seem at all surprising or taboo. I would be far more shocked if someone in Mrs Middleton's age and social circle have not have anything done.

hilop · 06/05/2023 13:44

Like her daughter you mean ? She's clearly had some tweakments, including botox.

🤔

QuickGuide · 06/05/2023 13:45

I think I must live in a bubble. I'm out at social things every weekendand my circle are fairly comfortably off. The woman who waxes my legs has clearly had plenty done, but other than that I'm not aware of anyone IRL who uses fillers, either socially, family or at work

Are you so vile in real life or do you just reserve that for your online posts?

You'll be old one day. I hope you remember this post then.

40thmonarch · 06/05/2023 14:14

Thought she looked v different

CorgiCoronet · 06/05/2023 14:15

@BigMandsTattooPortfolio because it keeps womanhood occupied, competitive and therefore contributes to the weakening of us as a sex.

PipinwasAuntieMabelsdog · 06/05/2023 12:16

@CC4712 I was on steroids for years for IBD, I've never known the eye region to mainly be affected. Hope's she's not unwell though.

Mine were...pissholes in the snow. I only knew I was in recovery because I got my eyes back.

MissMogwai · 06/05/2023 14:24

"Yes it does matter. If she has had it done, it’s a bad example to women her age and younger who may look up to her"

Who on earth is looking up to her ffs. It's her face, she can do what she likes with it.
