Posters on MN always seem amazed that children can behave well-it's not that unheard of surely? Particularly if you're a) used to going to church b) go to prep school where behavioural expectations are high

its the vacant tired look that people recognise as medication.

He's not been drugged to survive the ceremony. He's been moving around, he's just a child that can sit down.

King Charles is a thin man but his hands look rather red and swollen. This must be a hard day for him. I would find it a bit much and I’m 30 years younger.

One wonders if the monarchy will still be a thing in the same way it is now by then. I'm not hopeful I must say. I don't want to be a party pooper or wish ill at all, but I wish it was W&K turn now.

He was reading from a card being held by a bishop. I'm sure he knew the wording but who wouldn't want a prompt in that position.

I have 1 who could and two who would be like loose cannons As it would be a struggle. The latter two have ADHD.

I have no problem with children not sitting still or getting bored.

Yeah, I don't know how he's doing it either. Same with his mum's funeral and everything that went on there. He must have a lot of stamina. And a lot of energy. I'm about 20 years younger than him. I couldn't be arsed. And it WOULD tire me out.

I went to a wedding last October. 8 hours in total. 4.00 in the afternoon til midnight. There was no break or reprieve in the middle. I was shagged by about two thirds of the way through, and tired for a few days after.

And thank goodness for a childhood not marked by diagnoses of special needs, which is probably what some of us with lively 5 year olds will relate to.

Not saying that Prince Louis himself has any, but compared to his siblings at a similar age, he is definitely a bit more energetic.
