I need group motivation.

I've cleaned the fridge, that's as far as I've gotten.

My goals

Bathroom general tiday
Clean tiles that have gotten gross

General kitchen tidy

Living room organisation
Mop floors.

Put washing away.

I'll come back each time I've done something.

I did loads of washing over the weekend when I knoew it was nice weather
I have my work clothes in the wash at the moment .
Did Dh/my bedding yesterday

Today :
Emptied the DW , cleaned the filter , topped up salt and rinse aid now it's doing a clean cycle
Put winter clothes in attaic ( well , sent DH up nto attic )
DH set the robot vacuum off which sent the cats out from undr the sofa like rats up drainpipes

We did a fair bit in the garden over the past couple of days . Mowed lawn (DH) and pressure washed patio(me) Planted up seeds/seedlings

Cleaning kitchen and downstairs loo floors will wait till evening so no-one will walk about on them.

Pacing myself as I know there's another BH next week .

I've put away all the crap in those except the stuff that lives on my dressing table as that needs a sort first. Off to find my tiny hoover and the polish!

This thread inspired me to actually clean the lint trap in my tumble dryer. Not just the mesh but the I do after every cycle but the cavern under it. There was sooooo much fluff, a definite fire hazard! Going to add it to my cleaning app so it doesn't get that bad again! Thanks OP!

Just washed the kitchen floor and hoovered downstairs. Have got SO MUCH laundry to sort.

Well, i got my junk room reasonable enough for the photos. Sneezing like mad now!

Time for a lunch break and then I'll clean the kitchen. Not convinced I'll get much more than that done today but that'll do.

I’ve run myself a bath. At least I’ll be clean!

Don't know about a whole day but so far I have:

Hoovered ground floor
Put spare room back together after ds2's girlfriend stayed in it last night, as its also my piano room
Got summer clothes down from the loft
Put living room back together after teens left door open last night and dogs slept on sofas 🙄
Put summer duvet on our bed and stored winter one away in vacuum bag with pot pourri sachet
Cleaned kitchen twice (once after I'd had breakfast, once after teens had had breakfast 🙄)
Emptied dishwasher
Poo picked back garden
Ironed some troos I want to sell
Brought in clothes from tumble dryer to fold, that's the next job

Have also run 6 miles before the rain started and will soon be sitting on my smug arse to watch TV.

Ok, I'm a late starter but I'm in! You've all inspired me. I'm going to start by gathering up all the cardboard for the tip, taking the bin out and doing a quick scoot around the living room. After I pick the perfect cleaning playlist, of course.

Lovely inspiring thread. Nothing planned for this afternoon and the weather can't seem to decide whether it is going to chuck it down or just have random showers every now and again!

One bed changed by the oldest, third load of laundry in the machine, two on the line. Have cleared out the salad drawer in the fridge and hoovered round. Time for a brew and will see what other jobs jump out at me!

I use Tody it has a free version and a one time payment for all the features. I use the paid version and it means I don't really have to think about what needs doing when as I set the frequency in the app and it tells me when I need to do it. :)

I have also now dusted the house, completed my seasonal wardrobe change (including bagging up donations of thing I don't wear or no longer fit), cleaned the nedroom and had a shower.

This thread has been really motivating so now I'm going to pop to the shop and get some food in (I've put it off as I hate going into shops but didn't sort out a click and collect either).

I also have a load of laundry in which will then go int the tumble dryer and be put away before bed tonight. Then just the kitchen to clean and the house will be done. I'm quite proud of myself, and the progress everyone is making today!

Ok, having a little sit down now after that flurry of activity. Next, a quick tidy up in the hall and then I must MUST tackle the piles of clothes in my bedroom. Will put fresh bedding on later and have a shower before bed, will make it much nicer if the room is clean and tidy too.

I have done 2 loads of washing and put 2 away, unpacked my food shop and put it away, changed my bedding, hoovered downstairs, cleaned the downstairs loo, taken a bag of clothes to the textiles bank and am about to sort the third load of washing. Made a cake with ds and cleaned the kitchen after.
that’s about it for me today, nothing major, I do a lot of this sort of stuff daily and there are a few areas of the house where I’ve noticed things are building up and need some attention. But not today 😂

I've cleaned the microwave and fridge, and washed a big load of dishes (feeling very jealous of everyone in this thread who owns a dishwasher btw.)

Decided not to put on any more laundry right now as it's started raining, but I will still strip the beds and put the sheets on to wash overnight

Also this wasn't on my list but I did a quick reorganise of the freezer and pulled out a collection of random old stuff that I'm turning into a lasagne!

I've done 3 loads of washing, the ironing, tidied the house after the party and a few loads of the dishwasher.

Just the putting away and ironing the clothes that are still drying.

Rest of the family will hoover and mop and put the bins out.

Mine will be a bubble bath.

So cleaned the outside Windows and proud they are now crystal clear and shiny ( will be giving next door neighbours builders the evil eye ) if they resume dusty , dirty jobs.
Put a wash on and hung it out , done for the day now.

Managed to do most of the house to a decent standard today because of this thread 🎉

I persuaded DH to sort out some of his old clothes for recycling
Put loads of clean clothes away .

Alas the laundry basketis spontaneously refilling like Mickeys Magic Porridge Pot , so I might put a load on overnight (takes ages but Eco cycle so I can convince myself I'm saving electricity and water )

I’ve not done so well, but I did more than I would have without checking in here!
