What is your meal plan for the week?

I'm trying to plan a shop for this week and I feel like I eat the same stuff all the time. A typical week for my family is big standard toast/cereal for breakfast, sandwich/salad/leftovers for lunch, and then planned dinners. It's a bugger trying to get my family to eat their 5 a day, so things like fish and chips, jacket potato, and pizza (delicious as they may be) are needing to be more infrequent. I would love to see other people's plans for a week to get some different ideas!

S: Chicken and lentil curry (tomato, spinach, red pepper) with rice
M: Potato leek soup (leeks, onions, celery) with crusty bread
T: Tacos (onions, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado)
W: Grilled chicken with cous cous (onion, broccoli, carrots)
T: Salmon with springtime risotto (celery, onion, green beans, spinach, peas)
F: Spaghetti and meatballs with side salad (onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, olives)
S: Stir fry (peppers, onions, mangetout, carrots, bean sprouts)

Planning ahead like this can really make a difference. If you're looking to add even more variety to your meals, you might want to explore canning some of your favorite veggies. It's a fantastic way to preserve freshness and flavor all year round! Check out https://justcanning.com/ for tips and tricks on canning, which could inspire you with even more meal ideas.
