Would this scare you or intimidate you?

God, the number of women being “thrilled” by the idea that some random bloke, who lacks the social abilities to converse with them beyond whistling like a fucking demented kettle, has noticed that they are female, is depressing.

I'm guessing the posters that like being wolf whistled because they think it's a compliment don't have teen daughters.

My daughters would get wolf whistled whilst in their school uniforms ( so obviously 16 or less). They hated it and it made them nervous. I think it should be made illegal. Some men are too stupid or too nasty to know that perving at school girls or women in general is not ok.

Yeah, I find it odd. I would never find it complimentary that some sad misogynistic bloke found me attractive.

It's not sexual harrassment. I've had that too unfortunately and it was totally different.

I would class it as sexual harassment. I've also experienced other types of sexual harassment and although this isn't up there with being groped or flashed at say, it is still an act which treats us as sex objects.

My mum would be on here saying that that she enjoyed it, and my opinion on that is that she based her self worth on how attractive she was to men.

Wolf whistling is absolutely a form of sexual harassment. I've been groped in the street, which is also sexual harassment, it doesn't mean that wolf whistling should be minimised.

Of course it's sexual harassment.
