Hate hate being so short with huge bust

The genetic lottery can be so unfair. Both my parents are tall but I am this short dumpy creature with huge boobs. I’m 5ft 2 with DD bust. Doesn’t matter how much weight I lose (currently size 10) clothes look crap on me.

Was trying on dresses today but my huge bust meant even larger sizes were straining over my bust. Dresses seemed to be designed for tall people and most dresses are down to my feet, even the shorter length ones in M&S. The petite range in Next is a joke, meant to cater for short people and yet all their petite range dresses and skirts are down by my feet scraping the floor!

I hate being this short and busty and am so envious of people with a bit of height. Clothes look so much better and you can eat more.

Some of you might be bigger than you think. DD isn’t that big.

I thought it was 34DD until last year when I got measured and apparently I’m 32G. And I’m 5ft 2. I was wearing the wrong size bra for years. Wonder if that’s why i have back pain.

I’m currently a stone overweight. Once I lose 1-2 stones I think my chest will go down nicely but will still be big. Apart from the back pain I’m not too bothered.

I think some dresses and v-neck tops look good on me. Skinny jeans too. Thankfully I have a butt as well so I’m kind of hourglass-ish.

I am a bit busty 30f and shortish (5,4) but I do fit into most 8-10 clothes. Id love them to be a bit more delicate looking but I’ve found weight lifting has really helped! They look quite perky now and i think the exercise strengthens your back and chest so they dont feel as heavy. Hopefully it burns any fat - although even at my skinniest 8st 7 they were still a DD/E

Another frustrated short arse here.
4'11 with 32G boobs.

In the past 5 years I've been from 9 stone to 7 stone and yet the boobs stay the same. Hmm

As women non of us are happy with our body shapes lol. I'm short and arsey!. No boobs all bum. Would love to have a pair to get some attention from the men. Clothes don't look good on me either, unless I get a padded bra.

5 foot and 30F and currently at the upper end of where I like to be. Two years ago I lost weight and went to a D cup and I loved having smaller boobs!!

I wear a lot of shirt dresses.

Oh absolutely, my proportions are so irritating, completely flat arse, but if I ever gain weight, it doesn’t distribute itself nicely in all the places I want it, no it just goes to my stomach and face, and I’m already pretty hamster cheeky like the late Judith Durham! Then I end up with a belly like a truck driver and skinny legs! My late mum always used to complain in later life that she looked like a robin, ball like body and skinny legs 😂

Why are most clothes in shops designed for taller people? Who is wearing these extra long dresses which just swamp me. Even looking at them on the rail I can tell there is no way I could wear it without tripping up constantly! M&S do a “petite” length on these long dresses which takes the dress down to my ankle!

I don’t think tall people or even average height people get how awful it is to be short and to try to dress wear. Even at my thinnest I still looked matronly with the bust and shortness. My DD bust is huge to me because it’s out of property with the rest of my body & I’m sick of trying to get a dress over my bust. I was trying on the Seasalt rang in M&S and the dresses even in a larger size wouldn’t easily go over my bust. Obviously tested for small busted women.

Op what about jeans fitted to show your size 10 hips and legs? Then a loose but tucked-in on blouse on top? I think it sounds as though dresses might be problematic as they hang from your widest point and cover the slim bits. Jeans and trousers can be rolled to show ankle/ top of an ankle boot if too long.

Same here. I am 5ft.1in and DD breast size. Big width shoulders but shorter legs I guess. My body is big really meant for a taller person. People tower over me. I would have liked about 5ft.5 or even 5ft.3 would been ok. Also as you age you shrink. The nurse said to me at surgery. Oh you are a little one. Twice said as the bed was high up for feet check up. Its so patronising. Do they think we enjoy their personal jokes. When buy tops its hard as they drag on me or top sticks out as to boobs. And trousers never fit so end up pay extra to have them taken up. This country only caters for certain heights. When was younger was 5ft.2 but dropped an inch as aged and gained weight. Cant wear high heals either. We always tip toe to reach things. When we bend over we look even smaller as noticed in a pic of me..Years ago avg heights were shorter then these days...

I hate it too. 5ft2 and a GG cup. Everything looks awful on me so I hide in hoodies. Dreading summer and I can't wear cooler clothes. I don't know what to wear to suit a large bust. And don't even get me started on the back pain, neck pain and under boob sweat.....

I'm also 5ft 2, with GG breasts. It's impossible to hide or disguise them, so I ensure I wear a good bra (always underwired) and I've never had sweat or a rash under my bust. I wear V-necked tops and dresses.

To Add. I dont wear dresses anymore. Have not in years. They are all too long so wear jeggings now and bigger tops. They look like drrsses for 6ft folks tbh. Cant wear unless want it dragging across floor looking like a wedding dress so gave up with dresses years ago. As alsoba bit O/W I feel dumpy too. Everyones so tall these days. I feel they get noticed more tbh. Oh well.
