I'm wearing a rara skirt and colour changing t shirt. Hope my armpits don't get too warm!

A 50's style dress with full skirt. I was obsessed with Grease!

This was my thought too!

If it's clothes, though, it'd have to be the kappa? or addidas? trousers that has poppers all down the sides.

I also thought “ooh I’d go as a sylvanian”

I will have a flash back to the beginning of high school and will wear black ski-pants (for the uninitiated these were a bit like leggings but not as stretchy and with elastic that went under your foot), with an oversized cerise pink shirt and thick black belt worn across the hips. This time round I will also have 2 inch black stilettos with pointed toes in a sort of crinkle look faux leather (quite rightly my parents thought these were impractical for a 12 year old!) and many strings of plastic beads and matching pink plastic earrings (real, not clip on this time). My hair will be tightly permed and my fringe will be worn in a quiff held in place by a single large plastic clip with a fake bow on it. This time round the quiff will look amazing and will definitely not just flop to the side and the perm will look sophisticated and not frizzy. I will also have a combination of the skinniness of my teenage days and the confidence of my middle aged self.

a dress from one of the Sissi films with Romy Schneider. I'll admit that dancing might be tricky, but swoon.... for those dresses

A bright orange Fiorucci sweatshirt down to mid-thigh and red Kickers.

I had no idea whatsoever about fashion, or anything really! I had no cash. I shopped at jumble sales and attempted to recreate outfits from Top of the Pops (my main fashion influence at the time). I can remember hobbling around in a pair of pirate boots three sizes too big for me, wearing a c&A dress my mum had chosen for me and thinking I was absolutely nailing it. 😂

Diane from Trainspotting's white sequinned slip dress.

A dark denim mini skirt from Morgan paired with a black glittery halter neck top from Tammy Girl that tied at the back and neck with strings that my mum wouldn’t let me buy no matter how much I begged(and usually she was pretty laid back). Paired with whatever high heels I could ‘borrow’ from my sister.

A skinny rib top and crushed velvet hotpants - coveted but never dared to!

A genuine Fred Perry shirt, drainpipe jeans, monkey boots and a black Harrington.

You forgot the inch wide braces. 😁 I like your style.
