If you work/run a hotel/Airbnb, do you ever skip changing the sheets/duvet cover cos' they look clean and you can't be arsed? Be honest! 😀

Stayed in a hotel at the weekend and this thought crossed my mind.
I think I would do this if they looked clean and it was only one night.

I had a B&B for a decade almost single-handedly and hated it by the end but even I always changed the bedding and towels. Seeing a perfectly and freshly made bed was really satisfying.

(We hired a camper van in Australia and the bedding smelt horrific - it had clearly been left in the machine too long. Had to launder it ourselves at the first stop.)

I would make a plea to airbnb owners that your bedding doesn't need to absolutely REEK of fabric softener and scent boosters to smell clean.

Honestly, it's like sleeping in a perfume department sometimes. You never get hotel bedding smelling like that.
