I'm not sure I could even afford to keep that wine cellar stocked!!

TheClash2023 · 24/03/2023 12:57

Lovely. Bricks and mortar but looks like it's been exclusively furnished by B and M

Ylvamoon · 24/03/2023 12:59

Not for me... there isn't a designated library space!

Houseyvibe · 24/03/2023 13:06

JacobsCrackersCheeseFogg · 24/03/2023 11:06

I appreciate the craftsmanship in the woodwork and marbelling. It's quite Italianate but definitely without the classic charm. The armour is a bit much ! 😖 Screams New Money.

Yy a footballer or a lottery winner. Or maybe a reality TV person.

Neither. Just a local rich family

Meandfour · 24/03/2023 13:09

ApolloandDaphne · 24/03/2023 09:33

Well it's a change from the big shiny, grey footballers homes we usually see. I rather like it. I think i need a dedicated wine room. The wine fridge in the garage just isn't cutting it any more.

Such a bad stereotype that’s rarely true!

NashvilleQueen · 24/03/2023 13:17

There's not a single room that I like unequivocally. But the garden is lovely.

Ihaventgottimeforthis · 24/03/2023 13:22

Horribly fussy and OTT - if that wine cellar is fully stocked it is probably worth more than my house.
And a gym that size, with no rowing machine? Ridiculous.
But I'd do a house swap.

Next Omaze house maybe?

IglesiasPiggl · 24/03/2023 13:26

I agree about the open house being an odd way to market such an expensive house. Surely it will mostly be rubberneckers with no intention of, nor indeed the money to, buy it?

stbrandonsboat · 24/03/2023 13:27

Urgh, it's hideous 🫣😬😱

WakeMeUpInspring · 24/03/2023 13:29

I'd pay 15 million to not live there.

slamfightbrightlight · 24/03/2023 13:32

Ylvamoon · 24/03/2023 12:59

Not for me... there isn't a designated library space!

There’s a library up the spiral stairs from the office 😉

SleepingStandingUp · 24/03/2023 13:33

That's one of the most beautiful homes I've seen. I'd pay that for that, for where it is.

Creativityescapee · 24/03/2023 13:33

It does make me laugh when posters comment on the cleaning/heating costs etc, as if that would be a concern if you could afford to spend that on a house. They'll have teams of staff obviously.

theministerscat · 24/03/2023 13:34

This is what they mean when they say money can't buy taste. Yikes.

willow236 · 24/03/2023 13:35

Bluevelvetsofa · 24/03/2023 09:08

A perfect blend of bad taste and far too much money.

Amen.👍

CombatBarbie · 24/03/2023 13:37

I'm sure I watched a programme with this being built.... I recognise aspects of it.

DevantMaJardin · 24/03/2023 13:39

The floorplan looks like the Cluedo board.

Gingernaut · 24/03/2023 13:43

I want that utility room 😍

Londontown12 · 24/03/2023 13:56

I love it 😍
gunna buy a lotto ticket !!!

SleepingStandingUp · 24/03/2023 13:58

Ylvamoon · 24/03/2023 12:59

Not for me... there isn't a designated library space!

Free standing bookshelves in the centre making a ring with a secret show to a cosy no ok in the middle

Nothing like a bonkers house to look at...only £15m
Oojamaflipper · 24/03/2023 13:59

That is the pure definition of ostentatious.

Thesharkradar · 24/03/2023 14:03

So many of these fast palacial celebrity Wonderland houses end up never selling and just rotting away...

Thesharkradar · 24/03/2023 14:04

Vast not fast!
It is amazing looking but anyone with that kind of money probably wants something which is tailored specifically to their personal taste, so the whole thing would have to be reworked, which would be a huge waste 🤷

neitherofthem · 24/03/2023 14:12

Holy wow!

I actually quite like it.

Jamieleecurtain · 24/03/2023 14:13

I’m afraid I won’t be putting in an offer - not enough room for my wine collection
