Yep. And they are visiting tomorrow for the weekend and DD5 is very excited as she wants to be in the band. She is going to be very annoying. She told DH and I we can go to watch her band and then bring her home as she can’t drive yet!

Not related to but my long term best friend is very famous - he wasn’t when we met though, known him since childhood.

I have a second cousin who is married to an actor who was a leading actor on a Sunday night tv programme donkeys years ago. Never met them.

My husband's mother was related to a very famous film star of the black and white era in Hollywood who emigrated from Ireland, Maureen O'Hara. A signed photo always took pride of place on the living room wall. I think it was a big deal back in the day.

I'm a descendent of a man who has been beatified. I imagine Rome will make him a Saint at some point.

My great great grandfather was famous locally as a politician, writer and artist. He was knighted. His son was a very famous artist (at the time). Both long dead.

We are descended from the Earls of Strathmore (Bowes-Lyon) and the Vane-Tempests. but 200 years ago.
