I just want a nice pillow. Any advice?

I’m so sick of the fuckers. They’re all shite.
Fancy posh quilted one was like sleeping on a bag of rocks after 5 months. Super posh memory foam one was like sleeping on a slab of bread.
Dd has has informed me she hates her goose feather ones (as do l) so I’m sort of stuck in a shit pillowgate situation.
Please recommend me a nice comfy pillow that doesn’t lose its shape and cause the pillowcase to twist round it. Is this rocket science?😭

Medium Tempur.
Have had one for years, my family were dubious but DD2 finally got one last year, DD1 for her birthday in Jan, and DH ordered one today. We all love it.
Nothing else compares.

I've got a silk pillow and it is good - but I found that over time (a fair time I'll grant you) it started to go a bit flat and has less whoof than the Big Softie from the Secret Linen company at the same age.
I got the silk pillow from the White Company but I think it was a predecessor of this one as the one I have doesn't have that cross stitching on the outside. It is a great pillow though and I'd happily have one again.

I need a new pillow too, just to make it more difficult, I want a king size not a standard pillow. We’ve a super king bed and standard ones just aren’t big enough. My current one is annoying the hell of of me, too flat in the middle.
I’ve had memory foam in the past, which was like a flat brick, and feather which seemed over heavy but went flat too quickly.
I fully admit that I’m quite rough with pillows.
I just want a not too soft, not too hard, not flat, not too high, bouncy pillow which is king size. Just call me Goldilocks 😂

The Big Softie that I like comes in King. Mine is a standard medium though so I can't vouch for the King size one for sure.

'Scientifically Proven to Reduce Neck Pain and Improve Sleep Quality'
I wonder who 'scientifically proved' this?
I believe Victor Frankenstein was a scientist and look at his work... very shoddy, needlework who wouldn't dare show to your Granny.

My pillowcases move around because I fidget excessively in my sleep. I think it's that rather than the pillow. I also find that my duvet rotates so it's either sideways or the popper end is at my face. It's done that for as long as I remember. Both DS1 and DS2 sleep like me. When I gave DS3 his own blanket at around 16 months old he astonished me by keeping the blanket on all night. Even when he's ill and moves around the bed he moves the blanket with him. I did not know this was a thing babies could do! But no I think I just bred two sleep-wrigglers like me.
Ikea have some pillowcases which are like tiny bedsheets, maybe that would work better for you? But they are designed for slab pillows.
I do find if I change my pillowcase every couple of days it doesn't twist as much. And a tight fit also helps.

Many years ago I had a pillow from QVC that had an air pocket insert in, like the water pillow. Omg that was the best pillow ever but the air pocket thing has sprung several leaks over the years and it's unrepairable now. Dream Wizard it was called if I remember rightly. Anyone know where I can get a new insert from? Tried on and off for years! Thanks.
