I just googled the spelling on Anneka Rice (it's Anneka)... and found that her real name is Anne.

Adrian Edmondson is a busy working actor. His IMDB entry shows lots of stuff from the last three year alone. He was in the ITVX series A Spy Among Friends just recently with Damian Lewis, Guy Pearce and Anna Maxwell Martin and very good he was too.
