Sadly she came across pretty badly on Strictly. Was hoping for her to be great but it backfired rather, Bill Bailey had sewn up the "older comedy national treasure" slot, and she licked Johannes' arm in an ill-judged comedy moment which made everyone cringe.

Caroline Quentin did Strictly a few years ago.

Paul Young - very popular mid to late 80s, in tabloids etc. Don't often play him on radio either.

I sometimes wonder what happened to Julie Covington - Elaine Paige and Barbara Dickson didn't disappear from performing in the same way

Was it Selina Scott who interviewed Trump and when she rejected his advances, he said the most horrible things about her.

Meg Ryan is another one.
Selina Scott was just interviewed about giving the finger to some cosy 'Breakfast Time' reunion; about the misogyny she faced every day at work and what a creep Frank Bough was.
She wouldn't play ball or let herself be bullied, so they sidelined her.
I wanted to applaud her.
