Is it spider season again?

We had absolutely loads of those giant spiders in my house in autumn. Then one day they just buggered off and I haven't seen one since. Until today...I have spotted no less than 5 spiders in my house! Not the giant ones but fair sized! Where have they come from? What do they want? Does anyone else have them? How can I get them to go away?

I was just pointing out that yes there is a spider season again in the spring, hence this thread being started then?

I’m keeping my bedroom window closed now. I miss the fresh air and it’s sometimes too warm, but I know I can’t leave it open now without the big bastards with the thick legs joining me whilst I sleep 😳
