Who is the nicest celeb you've met?

On the flip side who was not nice?

I had a friend who met Girl's Aloud after she won a competition.

They waited hours to met them, waiting for them to arrive.

Apparently Nadine was lovely, chatted and genuinely seemed interested to meet them.

Sarah & Nicola not so nice, very mardy and diva-ish.

@MasterBeth is it a typo? Maybe Ian Botham??

I also only have great things to say about Kris Akabusi. Lovely guy, warm and friendly.

Alistair Campbell. Razor sharp, very lovely and seemed to genuinely listen to what I had to say.

Austin Healey. Arsehole. Rude. Arrogant. Unprofessional.

I've worked in a few different industries where meeting/working with celebrities is a regular occurance so I've met a fair few.

I worked with Sarah and she was absolutely lovely.

Agree with this - stayed in the same hotel as him in Glasgow a few years ago. He often just wandered about Glasgow and everyone recognised (and loved) him and he’s always happy to say hello. My friend went to uni in Aberdeen and served him quite a few times in a shop he liked when he had his castle in Aberdeenshire and she said he was always super nice. I bloody love him!

But all of the above were met in very specific circumstances, so perhaps the nature of that meant different than normal.

I met a few celebs in my past job. I was lucky enough to meet the late John Thaw and his wife and George Michael. Both very down to earth, kind people. David Beckham and Peter Crouch were also very normal and lovely.
Wayne Rooney was a prat, didn't warm to Rolf Harris or Jeff Banks .

James Martin is totally up himself, not very pleasant at all.

I'm not a particular fan of Beckham, but I heard a senior manager for one of the big aid charities interviewed about working with celebs. She said that many celebs (not named) were very high maintenance, and had all sorts of demands that were more suited to a gig in LA than a visit to a refugee camp in Sudan. But, when DB came out to visit, he only had one request - for time to be set aside to have a kick about with the kids.

Yep, we weren’t allowed to speak to Cilla, we had to address everything to her flight companion. A complete cow.

Vicky Entwistle is really rather snooty and stitched a friend of mine up.

I once prodded Trudie styler in the chest at Wembley at a Madonna concert. I have no idea why I did that. She smiled at me, probs exhausted after a tantric sex sesh.

I agree with this. A few years ago I very drunkenly approached Russell Kane and spoke at him for a while. He was nothing but charming and a complete delight when he could have just rolled his eyes and walked away.

I hope Bob Mortimer is nice. I can't imagine him being horrible.

Paolo Nutini is a close family friend. He's lovely and has kept all his childhood friends.
