Uniqlo saying they didn't receive all the items in my return

So I returned two items out of my order - a sweatshirt and a lounge set.

I received a refund for the sweatshirt but not the lounge set, so I emailed them and they are basically denying that they received the lunge set but obviously they did because it was all packaged up together!

They keep replying on email like a broken record that they didn't receive it and I keep saying that they did.

What can I do?? It was worth £35 and I'm not letting it go!

Do you have the postage receipt still? It should have be the weight of the package on it.

If so you can perhaps use this to prove that more was in there than just the ones they claim.

Sadly it was returned via evri and they don't weigh the packages 😔

Had similar with Amazon, returned an Amazon tablet and they claimed they did not receive it even though it was sent tracked and signed for, lucky I kept the receipt so was sorted. Not sure there’s much you can do here though sorry.

Some members of Evri are buggers for stealing stuff. I had stuff stolen before xmas & f-all I could do to prove it.

I love Uniqlo, but they don’t allow returns in store anymore and it sucks. We need to pay to return too. When I buy something online now, I just go instore for an exchange.

I wonder if they are going burst?

I doubt Evri will help if it’s marked as delivered and both were in the same package

Bravissimo did this with me 10 years ago. I didn't keep the return postage, about 4 bras worth £120 in total I was livid.

I have never bought from them since. Lost me completely as a customer. Fair enough if their system says the return not received but I wasn't lying. They must have lost on £200 each year since.

You can't do anything but vote with your feet.

Did you pay by PayPal? You can raise a dispute on there if so.

I had this with Next, but they took my word for it and refunded, maybe because I've had an account with them for 20+ years. I don't think there's much you can do. I doubt PayPal or the bank would help and you received the goods. I'd write it off, be thankful it was a relatively small amount, and never shop with them again.

Keep emailing them. Threaten them with twitter etc. ask for their CEO’s name and email them as well. Good luck !

I have just had a random refund of £2.95 from Uniqlo. For two items of clothing. There was a mix.up a while ago where evri lost the parcel and another was sent, so I assume it's linked to that. Maybe postage? I hope they didn't charge me twice for the clothes!

Not Uniqlo but bloody Marks & Spencer. Ordered £140. Paid via PayPal. Returned the whole lot via their food hall. Have only refunded £70. Rang twice but their customer service is now in SA or somewhere.

have done a chargeback via PayPal. Second time they have cocked up. Unbelievable

My experience of Uniqlo's customer service was very poor, I wouldn't count on them giving you the benefit of doubt with this.

I had the same happen with M&S and they refunded the other item after one call

Go onto PayPal and create a dispute. That will go to Uniqlo. I also took my own advice and emailed their CEO
