If what we were told about them was true, then they were way beyond human technology. That doesn't leave a lot of options as to who built them.

I agree. And the fact that multiple sensor platforms observed them is pretty hard to explain away.

Praise be! It seems we are in agreement.

There's a fair amount of rubbish to sort through, but you might find this interesting:

www.reddit.com/r/ufo/

And the Nimitz incident UFOs could have been built by humans, but they'd have to have time travel to have done so.

Ok. Does anyone seriously think these objects are “alien” (ie created by someone outside of our planet)

Im not going to pretend to be an expert on well; anything. But surely the rational thought is that these objects have been created somewhere on earth by some earthling. Possibly China? Russia? North Korea? France? Germany? Elon Musk? Richard Branson? The Masons? Opus Dei? The Pope? She’ll Energy? KPMG? A home invention gone rogue.

all of these are much more likely than aliens.

but; I’m still loving this thread; and everyone’s theories!

"A home invention gone rogue."

this is my favourite. 😂

Have you never seen that documentary where a wee old man puts lots of balloons on the top of his house and then it pulls the house into the air?!!!

DaisyDoo09 · 13/02/2023 18:07

White House briefing on shortly

Rinoachicken · 13/02/2023 18:07

I much prefer the theory that Hogwarts is real and they’ve shot down a few wizards on half term break over aliens.

If it’s aliens we’re fucked.

Don't look at 'alien' as outside our planet, look at it as a non-human intelligence.

There have been a lot of reports over the years that some of these things come from under the sea. If that's true, they could have been here as long as us if not longer.

Personally I see it that if the technology reported by the pilots from the Nimitz, and in the other cases released at the same time, is as advanced as they described, then the most likely explanation is that it is non-human.

Is it likely that some nations have made such extreme advances in numerous science and engineering disciplines and that we never see it in any other circumstance, war etc?

If Russia or China had that tech we would be seeing it out in the open. We'd have seen it in the Ukraine.

Several years ago, a group of French senior military people and scientists did a study (the Cometa report) and their conclusion was the ET hypothesis is the most likely option.

Teaandtoast3 · 13/02/2023 18:39

Please let me know if the White House says anything different. Can’t get to a TV

I knew those dolphins were not to be trusted.

Motorina · 13/02/2023 18:46

White House woman in a red frock laughed at any suggestion that it might be aliens.

Military chappie in a suit isn't giving away much. The objects were unmanned, uncontrolled, and not sending any identifiable signals. And virtually stationary in comparison to the jets that went up to them.

Why does there need to be another briefing, was the Pentagon not enough yesterday? Seems a bit overkill. Is Biden giving this briefing?

With good reason. Dolphins are proper arseholes.

It takes more than brains to build a vehicle.
I've never seen a dolphin using a spanner.
