I know there's a few fans on here so what does everyone think of Ghosts Again? I love it - it's made me even more excited for the Twickenham gig in June.

Just home. They were amazing! Loved it. We were in L23 - seems like we were all quite close. Off to bed now. Proper debrief tomorrow.

Wasn't it emotional when the image of Fletch came up? And when Dave and Martin hugged at the end of Waiting For The Night. Gig of a lifetime for me, it's such a cliche but DM really are the soundtrack to my life. Still buzzing and can't sleep!

My journey home after was horrid ... but I am still smiling.

Enjoy the silence was our wedding first dance and it was absolutely on my bucket list to see it live at a big big event.

It's been an absolutely terrible year for us - my dad is dying, had to leave my job as it was so miserable post merger. However it feels like things are on the up. Dad is still dying but has outlived his prognosis, I've got a new job starting in July. It was £400 well spent (!!) I've never been to a stadium gig in my life ( arena yes, but not stadium) and it felt so special to live something like that.
We have a disabled DS (12) and no family help and a wonderful friend stepped in to look after him for the 8 hours we were gone.

Really was a special wonderful event.

Aw @missfliss that's lovely. I am so glad you got to see them. Enjoy The Silence is just incredible live. I was at the last ever gig Andy did so I can imagine it was emotional this time.

On our way home now on a train from Riichmond to Essex. Lots of DM t shirts still around. We just did a bit of a Ted Lasso walk around Richmond before breakfast which was nice.

Took us an hour last night to get through the crowds to the travel lodge next to Twickenham station and had to go on through a back entrance as the hotel entrance was blocked by the crowds.

Two and a half hours after the gig I took video from our hotel room window of the crowds bursting into a rendition of Enjoy the Silence on the station platform. Was amazing to see.

Deoeche were amazing as always but my god that Stadium is an awful venue. We were seated right in front of the BA corporate box and the VIPs in there were loudly chatting all through Martin's lovely performances. They really ruined it.

What a night, back home now with lots of memories.

Trying to get back to the station was interesting but the crowds were buzzing and I spoke to so many people.

@missfliss it must've been even more amazing for you after such a difficult year. Hope you are much happier in your new job. Well last night was just incredible. Was so happy that Martin sang A Question of Lust - I had goosebumps. I just loved looking around at everyone singing, dancing and smiling. Depeche Mode fans are the best! We left about half way through Personal Jesus (sadly, as it's my favourite) so we could get out quickly. So glad we did as we were back at the station in 10 minutes and on our way home. I feel really sad now that it's over Have been reliving it today by watching videos from last night on youtube.

Great night. Not the best venue and I think Fletch was so much better musically than he gave himself credit for. But what a night.

I loved when they came out to sing Waiting for the Night, in perfect harmony.

Wrong is good good live. Loved Question of Lust and Stripped. Ghosts Again, amazing as well as all the usual ones.

Let’s home there is an arena tour and that they loved it so much they’ll want to do another one.

Flipping heck @AngelsWithSilverWings were you stalking me?? We also stayed at that Travelodge and did a Ted Lasso tour this morning 🤣
I missed the impromptu Enjoy the Silence but DH heard it. He wondered if it was prompted by someone wearing a crown and cloak (we saw a couple at the stadium) arriving on the platform.
We were right at the back- back row of the upper stand. Gave us a great view of the crowd (and saw Martin et al coming up to the back of the stage pre gig so knew when they were coming on).
Fab gig, but really wish people wouldn't talk through gigs. Just cos you don't like a song, doesn't mean others won't. Given that it's not cheap to attend, I sometimes wonder why people go if you aren't that into it.

Re the impromptu Enjoy the Silence my DH posted the video of it on twitter and one of the people on the platform at the time tweeted him and told us they were celebrating their friend's marriage proposal that had happened during the gig. They were reenacting it apparently and sent him the video of the actual proposal which was really sweet.
