Has come out to say her long term relationship is over and it very much looks like he had a wandering eye and she found out.

She posted a video on Instagram and has done an interview to say once the trust is gone it has to be over.

I really like her, I think she's smart and funny and do feel sorry for her. She has dealt with it really well though. It's easy to say LTB but when it comes down to it that can be hard to do, especially when you've been together a long time.

Really hoping she finds happiness in the future!

Just want to add to the Vanessa love and agree her episode of How to Fail is one of my favourite episodes of a podcast ever. Onwards and upwards Vanessa, you fabulous woman x

I’m stunned that in this day and age people still judge your intellect by the clothes you wear.

The world really hasn’t moved on for some people has it.

I would like to add that Vanessa was wearing some fabulous pink boots on This Morning, and she still has a First from Cambridge.

Love her.. agree she wears her heart on her sleeve. She did an interview years back and asked if she had any regrets... thinking it would have been something she had said:done in her professional life, VF said she regretted only having two children because she had a son and daughter it was just considered by everyone she was done. It stayed with me and I went on to have a third and I often wonder if I would have done if it wasn't for that comment! Our littlest DD is an absolute joy and I did think of middle naming her Vanessa! ( I do think she is on mumsnet so I hope she reads these comments) x

Vanessa has two daughters.

I like and respect Vanessa. She's smart, funny, is honest and not aftaid to be herself.

I've jumped to the last couple of pages to see it's descended into cheap swipes about her body/clothes.

I've just read about that. Insecure? That is such a none excuse for it, and it felt like a chore apparently to have sex with another woman 3 times. But there were no feelings involved so that's ok. What an idiot.

arcanewireless she must be thanking her lucky stars she didn’t marry him. Wise woman. She loved and supported him all those years but still kept a sensible head on her shoulders. Now he can sell his story and sing at Butlins while she will go from strength to strength.
