I cannot listen to Everything Changes by Sara Barielles without weeping. I didn’t feel this way when my daughter was born – I had a very traumatic C-Section and awful PND – but when she was about 2 DH and I went to see Waitress with Sara herself in the West End and I realised I felt like it at last, and I sobbed and sobbed with that bittersweet happiness you only get from your children. Magical. It was DH and I’s last theatre trip (we met and bonded through theatre) before he died so it’s even more special in hindsight.

Plus “My light house”, their primary school sing it a lot and it reminds me of them being tiny and singing it in assemblies. It makes me cry.
